All participants must register prior to the conference in order to secure their participation.
All fees stated are including VAT (20 %). The VAT has to be paid by all participants. There is only one exception: If you register on behalf and for the account of your company registered in France and add the VAT number during the registration procedure you will receive an invoice without VAT according to Art. 283-2 CG.

Fees for members, non-members and students include: Access to the scientific programme, conference documentation, coffee and lunches according to the program, the welcome reception and the conference dinner.
Please note that the congress dinner is almost sold out!!! That is why we can’t accept accompanying persons to the dinner anymore. The rates stated are excluding congress dinner. The welcome reception is still included! Upon availability it might be possible to buy dinner tickets at the congress. Please contact the registration staff on site.

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Solution office e.K., the conference secretariat. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 10 July, up to which date the total amount will be refunded minus € 15 for cancellation fee. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after July 10, or for non-participation for any reasons.
Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible. An administration fee of € 10 will be charged
